Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Gender/Program coordinator

Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in program monitoring and assessment, preferably for international donor assistance projects.
- Knowledge of international best practices in monitoring and evaluation to track program progress and performance; experience with the USAID Collaborate, Learn and Adapt (CLA) model preferred.
- Knowledge of international best practices in gender mainstreaming required.
- Demonstrated ability to research and analyze and make recommendations for improvement to relevant activities.
- Experience in coordination of development projects, preferably in international organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in international development, international relations, or other relevant area; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Kazakh required.
